International Orders

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Our shop is set up to ship Internationally for an additional cost. 

CANADA:

We offer the option to ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (please note that First Class International is cheaper but can be slow at times. Generally first class packages arrive within two weeks but they can take as long as four).

CUSTOMS:

Due to customs processes, international shipments may experience delays and take longer than estimated by the carrier (see USPS International Mail Info for specifics).

Note that the recipient will be responsible for ALL customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. charged upon package receipt.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns will be accepted but due to shipping logistics, the return shipping fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to manufacturer defect we will offer store credit or partial refund to compensate you for your return shipping fees if you authorize the return with us prior to shipping. Contact us to initiate a return.

NOTE: Returns or cancellations for orders paid via PayPal will be refunded less the 2.9% payment processing fee; PayPal has decided that those fees will no longer be returned to the merchant when a refund is issued.
